ROLE

- Manage the end-to-end process of turning selected opportunities into profitable businesses, driving growth and revenue expansion.
- Build and maintain a broad network of contacts in key markets to leverage trust and drive business development, fostering strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Strengthen the company's strategic marketing and business development competencies, enhancing its competitive edge and market presence.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on growth strategies and market opportunities, informing business decisions and driving strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the progress of new business initiatives and their impact on company performance, ensuring accountability and transparency.
PROFILE:
- University degree in a technical field and MBA (or equivalent); 6σ certification is a plus, demonstrating a strong foundation in business acumen and analytical skills.
- Proven experience 5-10 years in product development, B2B marketing and business development roles, showcasing a track record of success in driving growth and innovation.
- Curiosity, agility, and comfort in exploring unknown areas, with a genuine interest in customers and what makes them successful.
- Business and financial acumen, with demonstrated project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and developing business cases, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
