Ecolab Institutional Sales Growth Manager

Ecolab is seeking a skilled Sales Development Manager to drive growth in the Institutional market. As the face of Ecolab, you will provide recommendations on advanced cleaning and sanitation processes and programs that create cleaner, safer, and healthier environments. You will target markets including health and aged care, hospitality, government facilities, private schools, and more.

Job Responsibilities
- Increase Ecolab Institutional market share
- Achieve new business sales targets
- Ensure growth via new business is profitable
- Conduct technical surveys and present Ecolab value proposition
- Manage customer rollout plans and transition relationships to Local Sales Teams
- Participate in trainings and build industry contacts
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of outside sales experience
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous sales development experience in Institutional markets
- Understanding of Ecolab products and services
- Results-orientated with strong track record in business-to-business selling
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills
