Distribution Sales Development Manager

Ecolab is seeking a skilled professional to serve as the face of our Institutional business, providing recommendations on advanced cleaning and sanitation processes and programs that drive a positive guest experience and create cleaner, safer, and healthier environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Increase Ecolab Institutional market share.
- Build rapport and cultivate relationships with distributor representatives and customers.
- Develop and execute business and marketing plans for assigned distributors.
- Win new accounts and generate new sales within a specific geographic area, as you build Ecolab's brand in your market.
- Introduce new products and enhance distributor sales and service capabilities through presentations, training and demonstrations.
- Identify competitive sales targets and facilitate cross-divisional sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 4 years of outside sales experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous sales development experience within the Institutional market sectors.
- A solid understanding of Ecolab products, services and systems with a focus on their application in the Institutional markets.
- Be results-orientated and possess a strong track record in a business to business selling role.
- Be accustomed to growing the business by negotiating and winning new business at the executive level.
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Possess exceptional negotiation skills and a passion to deliver and exceed client expectations.
- At least basic knowledge of French.
