Sales Growth Specialist

Ecolab is seeking a Sales Growth Specialist to contribute to the growth of our Institutional business, providing comprehensive chemical products and solutions to meet the needs of customers across the foodservice and hospitality industries.
This role involves serving as the face of Ecolab, providing recommendations on advanced cleaning and sanitation processes and programs that drive a positive guest experience and create cleaner, safer, and healthier environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Increase Ecolab Institutional market share
- B build rapport and cultivate relationships with distributor representatives and customers
- Develop and execute business and marketing plans for assigned distributors
- Win new accounts and generate new sales within a specific geographic area, as you build Ecolab's brand in your market
- Introduce new products and enhance distributor sales and service capabilities through presentations, training and demonstrations
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of outside sales experience
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Previous sales development experience within the Institutional market sectors
- A solid understanding of Ecolab products, services and systems with a focus on their application in the Institutional markets.
- Be results-orientated and possess a strong track record in a business to business selling role
- Be accustomed to growing the business by negotiating and winning new business at the executive level
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Possess exceptional negotiation skills and a passion to deliver and exceed client expectations
- At least basic knowledge of French
The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Comprehensive benefits packages in line with market and industry standards are also provided.
