Enable performance marketing teams around the world to change the way they work today—from a manual Excel-based budgeting approach to a fully data-driven, artificial intelligence-based, and automated way. - Be the driving force behind customer satisfaction, acting as the main point of contact and advocate for their success.

- Troubleshoot issues and proactively identify opportunities for performance optimization to empower our customer's success.
- Support the team in onboarding tasks, ensuring a smooth and effective process for the customer.
- Monitor and analyze our customer's key performance indicators (KPIs).

Your experiences and skills:
- Studied Marketing, Business, or a related field, with ideally some practical experience
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Highly empathetic, with a customer-first mindset and a talent for storytelling.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively use software, explain its features, and leverage its capabilities to solve clients' problems.
- Well-organized, with the ability to structure and prioritize work efficiently.
- Business fluent in Italian and English (German is a plus).
