What would your role be?

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing analytics, e-mail, social media and display advertising campaigns.

  • Manage media agencies.

  • Jointly with sales, define and execute measures to increase lead-to-client conversion.

  • Brainstorm growth strategies and execute digital marketing campaigns.

  • Conduct experiments, conversion tests, and evaluate customer experience.

  • Identify conversion points, optimize user funnels, and measure campaign performance.

  • Collaborate with teams to optimize user experience and manage vendor relationships.

  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and consider their adoption.

    What are we looking for?

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.

    • Experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

    • Understanding of Swiss media agency environment.

    • Creativity in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns.

    • Experience in optimizing landing pages, user funnels, and conducting A/B and multivariate experiments.

    • Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, knowledge of website analytics tools, and familiarity with latest online marketing trends. SQL knowledge is a plus.
