About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Lead to join our Growth Marketing Team at Vontobel Holding AG. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing analytics, email, social media, and display advertising.

Your primary focus will be on managing media agencies, jointly defining and executing measures to increase lead-to-client conversion, and brainstorming growth strategies. You will also conduct experiments, conversion tests, and evaluate customer experience to identify conversion points, optimize user funnels, and measure campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing analytics, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Manage media agencies and collaborate with sales to define and execute measures to increase lead-to-client conversion.
  • Brainstorm growth strategies and execute digital marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct experiments, conversion tests, and evaluate customer experience to identify conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Measure campaign performance and stay updated with emerging technologies.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Understanding of Swiss media agency environment.
  • Creativity in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, knowledge of website analytics tools, and familiarity with latest online marketing trends.
