Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Lead to join our team at Bank Vontobel. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing analytics, email, social media, and display advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive business growth
  • Manage media agencies and collaborate with sales teams to increase lead-to-client conversion
  • Brainstorm growth strategies and execute digital marketing campaigns
  • Conduct experiments, conversion tests, and evaluate customer experience
  • Identify conversion points, optimize user funnels, and measure campaign performance

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Understanding of Swiss media agency environment
  • Creativity in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages, user funnels, and conducting A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, knowledge of website analytics tools, and familiarity with latest online marketing trends
