As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for digital fundraising and brand marketing.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive fundraising and brand awareness
* Managing and optimizing digital channels, including SEO/SEA, social media advertising, YouTube, display ads, and email marketing
* Conducting web analytics to improve website performance and optimizing landing pages to increase conversion rates
* Measuring and analyzing the performance of all digital marketing activities and deriving optimization measures
* Collaborating with external agencies and internal stakeholders to identify and implement new marketing and fundraising opportunities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in marketing/communication with a focus on digital marketing or equivalent qualifications
* Several years of professional experience in a similar role
* Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-based decisions
* Proven experience in performance marketing and digital campaign implementation
* In-depth knowledge of SEO/SEA, Google Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing tools
* Very good written and spoken German or English, with Italian or French being an advantage
* Experience in managing websites and creating landing pages is an advantage
