We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Lead to join our Growth Marketing Team at Vontobel Holding AG. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing analytics, email, social media, and display advertising.
Your primary focus will be on managing media agencies, jointly defining and executing measures to increase lead-to-client conversion, brainstorming growth strategies, and executing digital marketing campaigns. You will also conduct experiments, conversion tests, and evaluate customer experience to identify conversion points, optimize user funnels, and measure campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing analytics, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Manage media agencies and collaborate with sales to define and execute measures to increase lead-to-client conversion.
- Brainstorm growth strategies and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct experiments, conversion tests, and evaluate customer experience to identify conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Measure campaign performance and stay updated with emerging technologies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Understanding of Swiss media agency environment.
- Creativity in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, knowledge of website analytics tools, and familiarity with latest online marketing trends.
