Digital Marketing Strategist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Lead to join our Growth Marketing Team at Vontobel Holding AG. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing analytics, email, social media, and display advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase lead-to-client conversion.
- Manage media agencies and collaborate with sales teams to define and execute measures to increase lead-to-client conversion.
- Brainstorm growth strategies and execute digital marketing campaigns to optimize user funnels and measure campaign performance.
- Conduct experiments, conversion tests, and evaluate customer experience to identify conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize user experience and manage vendor relationships.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and consider their adoption to drive business growth.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages, user funnels, and conducting A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, knowledge of website analytics tools, and familiarity with latest online marketing trends.
- SQL knowledge is a plus.
