Als Senior Internal Communications Specialist spielst du eine Schlüsselrolle in der kommunikativen Beratung, Koordination und Realisierung unserer internen strategischen Projekte und Strategieumsetzung. Du identifizierst proaktiv kommunikative Bedürfnisse, bist das Bindeglied zwischen Projektleiter*innen und Stakeholdern und trägst damit massgeblich zum Erfolg unserer Vorhaben bei.

Was dich erwartet

  • Du bist die Kommunikationsdrehscheibe für unsere strategischen internen Transformationsprojekte
  • Du berätst und unterstützt die Projekt- und Geschäftsleitung in der Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von analogen und digitalen Kommunikationsmassnahmen
  • Du verantwortest die kommunikative und gestalterische Aufbereitung von Projekträumen
  • Du führst eigenständig das kommunikative Projektmanagement deiner Mandate und behältst Termine und mögliche überschneidenden Massnahmen im Blick
  • Mit deinen Ideen trägst du massgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung unserer interner Kommunikationsstrategie und Kanäle/Plattformen bei
  • Du unterstützt das MarCom Team bei weiteren Aufgaben

Was du mitbringst

  • Höhere Fachausbildung in Kommunikation oder gleichwertiger Ausbildung
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der kommunikativen Begleitung von Projekten oder der Unternehmenskommunikation, von Vorteil in der IT-Branche
  • Du kommunizierst stilsicher in Deutsch; gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Du hast die Fähigkeit komplexe Themen adressatengerecht sowie mit der nötigen Durchsetzungskraft und diplomatischem Geschick zu kommunizieren
  • Du hast Freude daran mehrere Projekte und Themen parallel zu betreuen und behältst auch in hektischen Zeiten den Überblick
  • Du bist selbstständiges, strukturiertes und zielorientiertes Arbeiten in einem dynamischen Umfeld gewohnt
  • Du denkst gerne voraus, bist initiativ, umsetzungsstark sowie lösungs- und dienstleistungsorientiert

Beim zweiten Gespräch lernen wir dich gerne persönlich kennen und laden dich daher in die Aveniq Räumlichkeiten ein. Mit dabei sind HR und deine künftige Führungskraft. Bei Führungspositionen wirst du zudem zu einem Assessment eingeladen.
