Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to Axpo's corporate communications, ensuring effective and uniform messaging across various platforms in collaboration with your team.
- Assume the position of editor-in-chief on selected days, overseeing the communication efforts of the entire Axpo Group.
- Collaborate with a colleague to manage communications for the nuclear energy sector, maintaining ongoing dialogue with specialists and ensuring effective internal and external communications, including media relations and editorial management.
- Serve as the media representative for nuclear energy, assisting colleagues during public engagements.
- Facilitate clear and transparent communication regarding the Beznau nuclear power plant, actively interacting with regulatory bodies and stakeholders in the vicinity.
- Advocate for Axpo's communication objectives within associations and committees, playing a significant role in shaping the communication landscape of the nuclear energy sector in Switzerland.
- Oversee content for the internal communication platform of the Beznau nuclear power plant and coordinate Townhall meetings.
- You possess a strong interest in the intricacies of energy supply and are enthusiastic about conveying the significance and technology of nuclear energy to a wider audience.
- You hold a degree in communications, journalism, or a related field, with experience in journalism or corporate communications, preferably within the energy sector or critical infrastructure.
- Your primary language is German, with advanced proficiency in English.
- You have a talent for articulating clear and concise messages while simplifying complex subjects.
- You are confident in front of audiences, microphones, and cameras.
- You are capable of managing substantial communication initiatives, demonstrating resilience and assertiveness.
