CONTEXTThis role is part of Richemont’s Group Sustainability team. The purpose of this role is to provide support on programmes relating to Human Rights in all jurisdictions in which the company operates. This role will support the company in all areas of Corporate Sustainability in advancing the topics of Human Rights within the new regulatory landscape of the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD). The human rights specialist should have experience in business & human rights topics and experience in related projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? Reporting to the ESG Engagement Director, this position will be responsible for the following responsibilities, including but not limited to:ReportingSupport on the Non-Financial Reports including GRI, CSRD, Swiss Due Diligence requirements on Child Labour and Conflict Minerals and audit processContribute to the ESRS implementation and action planSupport in the Group’s preparedness for CSDDDServe as the lead project manager for Group and Maison Human Rights Statements and PoliciesEngagementSupport on planning, organisation and content on Human Rights training modules Support on Taskforces, Working Groups and Platforms related to on Human Rights both internal and externalHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (sustainability, human rights, law or equivalent)4+ years of work experience, with at least two working on business & human rights Relevant experience in designing and implementing sustainability performance management and reporting processes, including working with reporting frameworks and standards (e.g. GRI; SASB; ESRS)Proven ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent attention to detail, thoroughness Candidates should also possess demonstrated skills in the following areas:Passionate about sustainability and human rightsExcellent presentation and communication skills in both written and spoken EnglishExperience within the luxury industry Team spirit to collaborate with diverse and international teamsBe able to work cross-functionally and build relationships in the GroupWHAT MAKES OUR GROUP DIFFERENT?Our true power does not lie in our similarities but in the rich diversity of our arts, cultures, and human skills, as well as our specific ability to foster untapped potential.
