Reports and Engagement - Elevate Our Group's Impact

As a key member of our ESG Engagement team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our Group's overall impact. Your primary responsibility will be to support the development and implementation of our Non-Financial Reports, focusing on GRI, CSRD, and Swiss Due Diligence requirements. Additionally, you will contribute to the ESRS implementation and action plan, ensuring our Group meets the highest standards of sustainability and human rights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support in the preparation of Non-Financial Reports, including GRI, CSRD, and Swiss Due Diligence requirements on Child Labour and Conflict Minerals, as well as the audit process.
  • Contribute to the ESRS implementation and action plan, ensuring our Group's compliance with the latest reporting frameworks.
  • Lead the development and implementation of our Group's Human Rights Statements and Policies.
  • Assist in the planning, organization, and content creation for Human Rights training modules.
  • Support taskforces, working groups, and platforms related to Human Rights, both internal and external.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as sustainability, human rights, law, or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of work experience, with a minimum of 2 years in business & human rights.
  • Proven ability to design and implement sustainability performance management and reporting processes, including working with reporting frameworks and standards (GRI; SASB; ESRS).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Experience within the luxury industry and ability to work cross-functionally.
