Human Rights Sustainability Specialist

**Sustainability Leadership**
This role is part of the Group Sustainability team at Richemont. The purpose of this position is to provide strategic support on programmes relating to Human Rights in all jurisdictions in which the company operates.
The role will support the company in advancing the topics of Human Rights within the new regulatory landscape of the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD).
The Human Rights Sustainability Specialist should have experience in business & human rights topics and experience in related projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support on Non-Financial Reports including GRI, CSRD, Swiss Due Diligence requirements on Child Labour and Conflict Minerals and audit process
- Contribute to the ESRS implementation and action plan
- Serve as the lead project manager for Group and Maison Human Rights Statements and Policies
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (sustainability, human rights, law or equivalent)
- 4+ years of work experience, with at least two in business & human rights
- Relevant experience in designing and implementing sustainability performance management and reporting processes, including working with reporting frameworks and standards (e.g. GRI; SASB; ESRS)
