Administrative Assistant

Liquid-Markets GmbH (“LMS”), a fast-growing financial technology (“FinTech”) startup based in Baar seeks an Administrative Assistant. This is a flexible position of between 16 to 25 hours weekly. LMS is looking for an independent, self-motivated, and bi-lingual candidate to join our team in a multi-function and fast-paced role. Responsibilities: -
- Assisting in managing relationships with utilities companies, vendors, service providers, and landlords
- Assisting in managing relationships with public authorities including immigration and cantonal and federal tax offices
- Managing and maintaining office paper and electronic filing systems
- Managing and conducting office operations and clerical functions
- Point person for office maintenance, mailing, shipping, office supplies, non-IT equipment management, and running errands
- Occasional English German translation work
Skills & Requirements: -
Fluency in written and spoken English and German
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Gmail, and basic Internet tools
Previous experience in roles with administrative responsibilities
