Tri et distribution du courrier entrant et sortant Gestion des courriers recommandés et express (DHL, Fedex, UPS)Cafétérias :
Approvisionnement et gestion des stocks (capsules de café, thé, eau, Entretien des machines à boissons et des fontaines à eauArchives :
Archivage et gestion des archives Organisation de la destruction des documentsMobilier et déménagements :
Gestion et maintenance du mobilier Organisation des déménagements internes et coordination avec les prestatairesMaintenance générale et entretien :
Réparation de divers équipements et remplacement des ampoules Coordination avec les sociétés de nettoyage et arrosage des plantesSécurité :
Accompagnement des clients à la salle des coffres Gestion des clés, des badges et du contrôle d'accès Coordination avec les sociétés de sécurité pour les ouvertures en dehors des heures de bureau Surveillance et gestion des alarmesMatériel et consommables :
Commande de fournitures de bureau et gestion des stocksActivités administratives :
Gestion des contrats avec les fournisseurs et contrôle des factures Mise à jour des procédures et statistiques des activitésActivités diverses :
Gestion des œuvres d'art et des communications visuelles internes Préparation des salles de réunion Remplacement des réceptionnistes en cas d'absenceProfil Recherché
Expérience : 5 à 10 ans dans les services généraux, la sécurité physique, le facility management et la gestion de projet/assistant Expérience en Suisse obligatoire Langues : Français/Anglais (niveau B2), Allemand/Italien+ Compétences : Capacité à prendre en charge des projets, excellente organisation et multitâche.
