Unser Unternehmen, das aus der erfolgreichen Fusion zweier führender Unternehmen (ALD Automotive & LeasePlan) in der Automobilbranche hervorgegangen ist, ist auf der Suche nach einem Sales Manager New Business in der Automobilleasingbranche. Du bist verantwortlich für die Identifizierung, Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten, um das Wachstum und die Rentabilität des Unternehmens zu steigern. Die Konzentration liegt dabei darauf im Akquisitions- und Betreuungsprozess von Neukunden, Bedürfnisse der Prospects und Kunden zu erkennen (Dialog), diese zu übersetzen und in Einklang mit unseren Ressourcen umzusetzen.

Akquisition von Neukunden im Firmenkundengeschäft in der DeutschschweizBeratung lokaler Interessenten (Information, Offerte, Ausschreibungen) im VertriebsgebietGestalten der Angebotspolitik in Abstimmung mit dem Head of New BusinessEinsteuerung und Implementation von Neukunden: Vertragsgestaltung, Verhandlung von Vertragskonditionen, Ausarbeitung von Service Level Agreement, ImplementierungsplanKundenübergabeprozess an die Abteilung Key Account Management

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, mit Weiterbildung im betriebswirtschaftlichen BereichNachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Geschäftsentwicklung, idealerweise im Automobil- oder FinanzdienstleistungssektorKenntnisse der Automobilleasingbranche und der damit verbundenen Trends und HerausforderungenExzellente zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie VerhandlungsgeschickErfahrung in der strategischen Akquisition und BeziehungsmanagementErgebnisorientiert mit einem starken Sinn für unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
