The Sales Director collaboratively defines the commercial strategy, determines the necessary resources for its implementation, and monitors the results. They recruit and lead the sales team in accordance with the company’s rules, procedures, and values. Their goal is to grow revenue, increase the number of recruited agents, boost the number of productive active agents, and enhance the number of transfers generated by new agents.
- **Team Management**:

- Support team members in achieving their goals on a daily basis.
- Contribute to the development of team skills through regular coaching.
- Adhere to and enforce Ria’s various directives among the team members.
- Manage employee schedules, payroll variables, and expense reports.
- Recruit and train new team members.
- **Commercial Strategy Definition**:

- Define the commercial strategy in collaboration with the Country Manager, the Director of Business Development, and the Finance Director to meet company objectives.
- Set sales targets for the team.
- Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the forecasted budget.
- Create and approve internal procedures for the department, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks.
- **Commercial Policy Implementation and Oversight**:

- Monitor individual and collective sales results and validate the achievement of objectives.
- Coordinate sales efforts with other departments.
- Lead weekly and annual meetings for the sales teams.
