**The position**
- We're looking for a Field Sales Manager for Primary Care East to play a pivotal role in promoting our metabolic care products and services. In this role, you will utilize your strong leadership skills, customer-focused mindset, and industry knowledge to achieve and exceed sales targets while establishing and protecting our company’s reputation.- Key Responsibilities:**Lead and Inspire**: Motivate and guide the Metabolic Sales Team to achieve high performance, hitting strategic objectives and sales targets within the assigned territory.

**Strategy Execution**: Develop and implement commercial strategies and goals to drive sales growth and market development in the primary care sector.

**Team Development**:Ensure clear objectives, ongoing coaching, and performance management for team members, while building a strong succession pipeline.

**Customer Engagement**: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the metabolic market, shaping effective engagements with healthcare professionals.

**Compliance and Ethics**:Ensure adherence to the Novo Nordisk Way, business ethics, and local laws, while maintaining high standards in patient care and administrative processes.**Qualifications**- Furthermore,-
- Fluent in German and English, with French being a plus.-
- Background in paramedical, medical, scientific, or management education.-
