Sales Manager (D-A-CH)

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Sales Manager to join our growing

**In a nutshell**
- You have a 15+ years of proven experience in software sales, especially in the data and performance management space
- You excel in implementing effective sales strategies
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and stay up to date on industry needs and requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service. Understand their business needs and seek for revamping opportunities
- Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking and attending industry events
- Qualify leads and convert them into potential clients through effective communication and product presentations
- Conduct compelling product first level demonstrations to showcase the value of our software solution
- Clearly and convincingly articulate the features and benefits of our product to potential clients
- Provide regular sales reports, including pipeline status, sales forecasts, and key performance indicators
- Collaborate with the product management and the techlab to create compelling presentation and messaging.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures

**Requirements**:

- Master Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- 15+ years of proven experience in software sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the German speaking part of Switzerland and/or Germany and Austria
- Proven to work on direct sales on internally generated leads and/or through a consolidated partners’ channel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Knowledge of the software industry and emerging technologies is mandatory
- Native in German and fluent in English (Italian is a plus)
- Swiss citizenship or eligibility for a Swiss work permit

We offer an attractive compensation based on experience and performance (fix salary plus volume-based commission).
