Join Our Team as a Senior Business Development and Solution Sales Manager Insurance

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development and Solution Sales Manager Insurance to join our team at Adnovum AG. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic sales plans to acquire new customers in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to acquire new customers in the insurance industry
  • Responsible for the entire sales process, from generating leads to creating and presenting offers to negotiating and concluding contracts
  • Further development of the "value proposition" for our solutions and positioning them on the market
  • Expanding and maintaining your network in the Swiss insurance market as a relationship manager and business trust advisor
  • Systematically maintaining contacts with relevant experts, partners, universities, associations, regulators, etc. to identify important trends and opportunities
Requirements:
  • Higher education in business informatics, computer science, business administration, sales, marketing, or in the insurance industry
  • At least five years' experience in the field of sales and business development within the insurance industry
  • Experience in selling complex software solutions and familiarity with the aspects of modern software development and agile collaboration
  • Established network with decision-makers in the Swiss insurance market
  • Deep understanding of the terms "value proposition" and "USP" and strong ability in communicating the benefits of solutions and identifying the corresponding need
