Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business and building strong relationships with our customers in the electrical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and product approvals with end-users.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with transformer manufacturers and end-users.
  • Collaborate with local sales teams to ensure effective sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare technical and commercial offers to meet customer requirements.
  • Follow up on sales opportunities to provide accurate forecasting to management.
Requirements:
  • Electrical and/or technical background with a master's degree and commercial competence.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Structured, persistent, and well-organized approach to work.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal.
