Your role in the Team:

Objectives of this Role

Support to develop IGs brand positioning in Switzerland, identify target audiences, and support to develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. Execute marketing programs leveraging internal support and driving collaboration. Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

Work with the Marketing Manager and the Swiss Marketing team to deliver on the annual marketing plan for Switzerland – encompassing brand, acquisition and retention. Work with campaign managers to ensure the local plan is implemented across all channels, building strong working relationships with IG’s central acquisition, creative, email, social media, sales, PR, events and website teams. Work with the Marketing Intelligence team on reporting after and throughout campaigns in order to gauge success and improve/optimize performance.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing plans and campaigns Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Established campaign writing skills to develop accurate and complete briefs for critical projects and campaigns Design, creation, proofreading and editing copy for marketing and advertising write-ups for various channels, ensuring a consistent voice About - years of work experience in marketing Fully proficient/native German speaker, with advanced English language skills, French would be an advantage

Desired Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in the Swiss financial industry within marketing Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
