Identifizierung von Portfolio- und Preisgestaltungsmöglichkeiten für alle Segmente, die in eine Mix-Optimierung für Umsatz- und Gewinnwachstum einzahlen Entwicklung und Aufrechterhaltung des internen Preisfindungsprozesses sowie Ownership über diesen gesamten Prozess Entwicklung von Handlungsempfehlungen nach Analyse der Kategorie-, Kanal- und Mitbewerberentwicklung sowie Shopper-Kennzahlen für das Key Account Management Leitung von segmentübergreifenden Portfolio- und Preisgestaltungsinitiativen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern Erstellung von Business Cases für RGM-Initiativen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Key Account Management und dem Marketing Definition und Anwendung von KPIs zur permanenten Erfolgsmessung von RGM-Initiativen Nachhaltige Etablierung und Weiterentwicklung der Commercial Strategy inkl. Promo Harmonisierung, Pricing Promotions, Promo Effizienz, Produktauswahl Abgeschlossener Bachelor- oder Master (Uni/FH), von Vorteil in Betriebswirtschaft Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, von Vorteil in der Konsumgüterindustrie oder im Detailhandel Fortgeschrittene Erfahrung im Projektmanagement Fortgeschrittene MS Excel-Kenntnisse, SAP BW-Benutzererfahrung Durchsetzungsstarker Teamplayer mit hoher Serviceorientierung Strategische, analytische und konzeptionelle Denk- und Handlungsweise gepaart mit einer IT- und Prozessaffinität sowie eine generelle Affinität zu Sales und Marketing Unternehmerisches Denken und Leidenschaft für faktenbasierte Problemlösungen Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Wohlbefinden Entwicklung Mobilität und Flexibilität Familienfreundliches Umfeld - richtig versichert Vielfalt und Inklusion Vergünstigungen und Freizeitangebote
