What you do here
Position Purpose
Contribute to Lindt Global Travel Retail growth as part of the Marketing team by leading the internal product development and planning process, and co-leading relevant portfolio projects. The role is responsible for the full product development process across all brands, incl. management of all internal and external stakeholders.

Main Tasks

Product Development
Responsible for the Product Development Process (PNE) from initiation to launch (incl. all relevant documents & alignment meetings) across all brands
Responsible for planning & forecasting of novelties in alignment with internal stakeholders
Managing collaboration & information flow with all relevant stakeholders (incl. R&D, Packaging and Production)
Responsible for sample deliveries of all novelties (for customer meetings, trade shows, launch packs etc)
Coordination of all WebCenter projects from start to finalization

Product Launch Material
Delivering yearly novelty launch kits in alignment with Brand Managers
Coordinating visual asset development, adaption and filing with internal and external partners
Coordinating all stakeholders in terms of timings and deliverables to ensure delivery of Salesfolders & Catalogue OTIF
Management of PIM (Salsify) by uploading new product information and keeping the database up to date

**Manage website**: content update and process access requests

Legal compliance (Stickering)
- Responsible for the Product Stickering process as well as the management of the GTR database
Creation of all new stickers for novelties, seasonal items and other regional requests as per legal regulations

Marketing Support
Manage customer and internal sales requests
Initiate and oversee Decomplexity and Phase Out process in collaboration with PMs

**Provide support in various other projects (example**: meetings, presentations)
Management of all ad-hoc requests from internal and external counterparts

**Background**: proven track record in project management and/or product development ideally in a fast-paced FMCG environment

**Personality**: Very organized & structured way of working - you know how to handle several tasks simultaneously; solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills; strong self-drive

**Analytical skills**: solid financial understanding and comfortable with numbers

**Independent**: Flexible and dynamic, independent working style - comfortably navigating in a fast-paced environment

**Collaboration**: Team player who thrives in supporting interdisciplinary work; able to drive cross-functional teams; service-oriented

**Language skills**: Fluency in German and English is mandatory

**Other requirements**: Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PPT, Word, Excel), SAP knowledge
