Revenue Growth Manager Global Travel Retail

The Revenue Growth Management (RGM) function focuses on driving profitable sales growth through a strategic and integrated approach to pricing, promotion, trade investments, and portfolio mix. The position plays a crucial part in delivering sustainable profitable growth and creating a 'win-win-win' for Lindt GTR, our retailers as well as our shoppers.
RGM advocacy & leadership
Develop, lead and drive the RGM agenda for Lindt GTR
Train the organization on RGM toolkits and embed RGM capabilities into the organization
Share RGM best practices and gather learnings from other Lindt subsidiaries as well as via International Sales
RGM setup & establishment within Lindt GTR
Drive RGM levers, initially focussing on the following RGM levers:
Pricing
Be accountable for defining comprehensive consumer pricing strategies and guidelines by region & customer (where applicable), ensuring they are aligned to financial business objectives
Track and review in-market pricing positions & trends to identify opportunities & risks
Help define a global pricing architecture and promotional pricing for new product launches based on thorough analysis
Support Sales in yearly negotiations in terms of trading terms optimization and overall financial impact
Build a comprehensive understanding of price elasticity
Manage the implementation of effective pricing governance and evaluation processes
Promotions
Ensure promotion plans are optimised
Support the implementation of an improved promotion process that incorporates structured promotion evaluation and effective governance
Lead the development of promotional strategies and guidelines (by region & customer)
Collaborate with Sales & Finance to embed promotion evaluation into the promotional process
Track and review external promotional landscape to optimize promotional guidelines and strategies
Mix management
Drive improved mix management at brand & regional level whilst still supporting brand strategies
Bring mix management thinking to key processes including go-to-market and perfect store decisions
Developing and implementing a RGM toolkit
Lead the development of RGM tools (Dashboards and Reporting) to enable KPI tracking and analytic insights for opportunity identification and strategy development
Drive awareness and engagement of tools with cross-functional users to develop RGM capability
Become an advocate for driving data and insight improvements, working closely with the Global Category & Insights Manager, and report back to organization on a regular basis
When you fit in with us
Strong academic background, Master's degree (or equivalent) preferred
Significant experience working in an RGM function or a similar commercial role within FMCG, strategy consulting or Retail
Excellent leadership and change management skills
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Strategic and analytical thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent numerical, analytical and data interpretation skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills - especially Excel & PowerPoint
