Lindt Travel Retail is our “Window to the World”
We are seeking a very motivated Sales Manager who will join our dynamic team to grow our market share in this fantastic channel
Sales
Develop Lindt business and gain market share in a profitable way
Negotiate for best and most space, to ensure Lindt constant top visibility
Strengthen Lindt Premium presence at the Point of Sales (POS concept, Visibility, Fair Share)
Responsible to co-ordinate all actions to be taken (products, promotions, place, price)
Terms annual negotiation (margins, incoterm, retail price, rebate, returns, rentals, budgets)
Promotion calendar implementation (Mechanism, SKU, period, visibility)
Ensure listing for top SKUs and novelties with clients
Sell-In negotiation/recommendation to make sure clients has relevant stock level
Pro-actively send proposal to our clients, to develop and strengthen Lindt business Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels to an increase sale
Customer relation
Be Top of mind - Make sure that Lindt is the brand of first Choice
Developing and maintaining an excellent customer relationship on all levels
Understand customers structure, and who to influence to get best results
Regularly visit Airport's location and build relation with Shop managers
Organize meetings at client's headquarters to review business
Represent Lindt during Trade show (TFWA) and global sales Meeting
Retail & Marketing
Optimize our product Mix - making sure our focus is on fast-moving-profitable SKUs
Define, implement, and control that our in-store merchandising execution is perfect
Size new products potential per market and plan production
Contribution towards the development of new products and promotions
Provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
Analysis
Gather and consolidate retail sales information
Analyse which SKU/franchise is performing or not and take corrective actions
Analyse promotional efficiency, ROI driven decision
Invest smartly, choosing the most efficient leverage generating best growth/ROI
Portfolio analysis, reviewing profit % per SKU and optimize listing
Provide performance reports on its scope
Set monthly targets based on historical data and future projections
Finance
P&L responsibility for its scope
Build Budget revision from top line (sell-out/Market Share) to bottom (operating profit)
Pro-actively adjust spending according to development
Build & justify accruals at year end
Provide accurate monthly Rolling Forecast and issue reports on performance
Check that promotional claims are in line with agreement
Process and follow up on invoices payment on time
Collect receivables on time, to optimize DSO.
