What you do here
Systems / Tools Administration
Responsible for maintenance of Cornerstone (talent platform) - new entries, manages workflow, supports line managers and employees if any change needed
Responsible for SAP maintenance for new employees, all organizational updates
Responsible for ordering hardware and needed equipment for the new employees
Responsible for managing recruitment process via Umantis - recruiting platform
Responsible for maintaining Onboarding and Training platform, a SharePoint based-tool.
Responsible for maintenance of Global Travel Retail and International Distributors Outlook Distribution Groups - works with IT to secure timely updates

Office Administration

**Organizing and maintaining personnel records**: preparation of various contract documents and correspondence in consultation with the International HR BP; works with the HR Swiss team to secure that all documentation related to the employee employment is signed and secured in the Kilchberg office archive; works with the local Office Managers (Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore, etc) to secure that all documentation related to the employee employment is signed and secured in the local offices' archives

HR Support
Welcomes new employees and logístically supports onboarding process
Organize recruiting venue, book meeting rooms and support logístically all needed for the recruiting process
Support Line Managers in writing recommendation and reference letters for employees
Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)

Executive Assistant supporting Head of Global Travel Retail (GTR)
Responsible for Head of GTR flights bookings, hotels, restaurants
Coordination of GTR events such as Annual Strategy Meeting, workshops organised in Zurich, onsite training, customer visits
