THE ROLE
In partnership with an international consulting firm, we are seeking a Legal Counsel for a global financial services company in Switzerland. The Legal Counsel will manage and oversee contracts related to IT and business process outsourcing. The successful candidate will review, draft, and negotiate various vendor contracts. Fluency in both English and German is essential for this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Review, draft, and negotiate various vendor contractsManage relationships with vendors and third-party suppliers, assess risks, and ensure alignment with business objectivesProvide legal and strategic advice on outsourcing and technology procurement strategiesCollaborate across departments to monitor and manage compliance with regulatory requirements related to outsourcing and vendor managementYOUR PROFILE
A degree in law, ideally with a specialization in related fieldsAt least 4 years of experience in legal resourcing roles, ideally with vendor contracts and third-party risk managementStrong understanding of IT outsourcing, business process outsourcing, and technology-related procurementFluency in both German and EnglishSkills in negotiation, drafting, and communicationAbility to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentInterest and capability to work either remotely or on-site in Switzerland
