THE ROLE

In partnership with an international consulting firm, we are seeking a Junior Legal Counsel for a global pharmaceutical company in Switzerland. The successful candidate will specialize in contracts and play an important role in negotiating Healthcare Professional Agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Fluency in German and English is essential for this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Negotiate, draft, and review Healthcare Professional Agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulationsProvide legal advice on contractual matters and legal risks associated with healthcare agreementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contractual terms are understood and implemented effectivelyMaintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments affecting the healthcare and life sciences industriesYOUR PROFILE
A degree in law, ideally with a specialization in healthcare law, contract law, or related fieldsAt least 1-2 years of experience in legal counsel roles, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectorsFluency in both German and English is mandatoryNegotiation, drafting, and communication skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentInterest and capability to work either remotely or on-site in Switzerland
