THE ROLE
We are seeking a Legal Counsel for a life sciences company in Switzerland. In this role, the Legal Counsel will oversee a variety of international commercial agreements and provide strategic legal guidance across the company's business units. Fluency in both English and German is essential for this position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of international commercial contracts, including but not limited to development, supply, distribution, licensing, and collaboration agreements.Develop and maintain contract templates, internal policies, and legal guidelines.Ensure the company's compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal corporate policies.Deliver legal training sessions to internal stakeholders to promote legal awareness and best practices across the organization.YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor's and Master's degrees in law; bar admission is an advantage.2–5 years of relevant post-graduate legal experience, ideally in a multinational in-house legal department or a reputable commercial law firm.Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex international commercial contracts, particularly in English.Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both English and German (written and spoken).Experience in the life sciences sector is a plus but not mandatory.HOW TO APPLY
