THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel for a global software company based in Switzerland. In this role, the Senior Legal Counsel will provide critical legal support for the DACH region, with a strong focus on commercial contracting, while working closely with cross-functional business units. This position reports directly to the Head of Legal. Fluency in both English and German is required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad array of SaaS agreements, including customer contracts, vendor agreements, service-level agreements (SLAs), and licensing terms.Advise on legal and regulatory compliance for SaaS products, with a focus on GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams to support contract negotiations, address customer inquiries.YOUR PROFILE
Commercially trained lawyer with 5+ years of experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, or ICT sectors.Proven expertise in contract negotiation and drafting.Strong ability to work within a global organization and build effective relationships with internal stakeholders.Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.HOW TO APPLY
