THE ROLE

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel for a global industrial company based in Switzerland. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, the Senior Legal Counsel will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, while delivering strategic legal guidance to support business objectives. This role requires close collaboration with the legal team and key business units. Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in German highly preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including distribution agreements, client contracts, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)Ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards Provide expert legal advice on contract-related matters, proactively identifying potential legal risks, and implementing effective strategies to address and resolve issuesCollaborate with the compliance team to support and advance corporate compliance initiatives

 YOUR PROFILE
Master's degree in Law, with a preference for candidates who have passed the bar examProven expertise in commercial contracting, ideally within the industrial sector, gained through experience as in-house counsel or at a reputable law firmBusiness acumen, with a demonstrated ability to navigate and contribute effectively within a global organizationFluency in English (both written and spoken) is required, with proficiency in German highly preferredHOW TO APPLY
