Location: Remote in Switzerland

For a multinational technology company, we are seeking a team of two legal counsels to support the remediation of contracts in connection with a company-wide commercial initiative. The successful candidate will review and negotiate various commercial contracts and report to the General Counsel. Fluency in English and German is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain a register of commercial agreements in scope to be negotiated for the commercial initiativeDraft, review, and negotiate amendments to existing contracts focusing on distribution agreements linked to hardware and software-as-a-service Detailed reporting of the review process with internal stakeholders Collation and storage of final executed copy of amendment agreementsProgress tracking, monitoring, and escalation to business and legal teamQualifications:
2-5 years of commercial contract drafting experience; ideally experience with distribution agreements for industrial goods and software-as-a-service Excellent drafting skills, negotiation skills, and attention to detail Experience with legal project management and execution highly preferred Strong communication skills, and the ability to interact with external client partiesFluent in English and German, written and spoken; French is a plus Please note that we can only accept applications from candidates with a valid EU work permit and who are based in Switzerland.
