New Opportunity in Legal & Compliance – we are looking for a temporary Legal Counsel / Contract Manager
If you are a Legal Counsel or Contract Manager with drive and a passion for providing practical, risk-aware legal support in a multinational environment, we have a great opportunity for you. The start date is immediately, with a duration of 4 months (extension possible).
Are you experienced in:
- Providing legal advice and support across business areas including R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and sales
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial development, sales, procurement, and framework contracts
- Managing high-volume agreements such as confidentiality agreements, terms & conditions, and call-off orders
- Preparing and maintaining contract templates and supporting efficient contracting processes

If you also check these boxes, we'd love to connect:
- MLaw, bar admission is a plus
- 2–5 years of relevant post-graduate legal experience, ideally with in-house exposure or in a multinational context
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English (French is a plus)
- Familiarity with emerging legal technologies and digital tools, including AI-driven contract automation tools
