We welcome inquiries from legal counsel with in-house or law firm experience, based in Switzerland, who are interested in project-based legal work. Our unique model provides meaningful opportunities across diverse industries, including life sciences, financial services, and technology. These opportunities span various languages, seniority levels, and experiences, ensuring a diverse and inclusive community.
Responsibilities:
Provide legal counsel to individual corporate entities, subsidiaries, and affiliated companiesReview and draft commercial agreements, offering guidance on contract law mattersProvide legal advice on matters related to data privacyAssess legal risks and recommend courses of action against regulatory or commercial initiativesOversee corporate governance and perform housekeeping tasksSupervise national and international legal disputesExperience & Qualifications:
University degree in law with expertise in common or civil lawProven experience in commercial contracting, corporate law, data privacy, and regulatory mattersPrior legal experience either in-house or at a law firmSpecialized legal knowledge within a specific industry segmentProficient in written and spoken English; fluency in German, French, or other languages is highly desirablePlease note that we can only accept applications from candidates with a valid EU work permit and who are based in Switzerland.
