THE ROLE
We are seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel for a Global Food and Beverage Company in Switzerland. The Legal Counsel will work within an international in-house legal team, reporting directly to the General Counsel. The successful candidate will manage and oversee machine procurement agreements, ESG partnership agreements, and various sourcing agreements. Proficiency in English is mandatory for this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including machine procurement agreements, sourcing agreements, and ESG partnership agreementsProvide legal advice and support to the legal team across various commercial mattersCollaborate closely with global commercial teams to optimize legal and operational frameworks for international trade and contractsEngage and coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements
YOUR PROFILE
Lawyer with 5 years of experience in commercial law, ideally within a corporate or in-house settingFluent in English; proficiency in French is a plusStrong experience in drafting and negotiating contracts in an international contextCorporate law background is advantageous, particularly in the food and beverage industryCapable of working independently and as part of a team in a global, culturally diverse environmentHOW TO APPLY
