THE ROLE

We are seeking an Information and Communication Technology Legal Counsel for a leading sports and entertainment organization in Switzerland. The Junior Legal Counsel will collaborate with various legal and business teams and provide legal advice and support for ICT-related contracts, including drafting and negotiating agreements for technology services and products. Proficiency in English is required for this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Offer legal advice and support for ICT-related contracts, including drafting and negotiating agreements for technology services and productsEnsure legal compliance and safeguard the organization's interests in all ICT transactionsCollaborate with various legal and business teams to ensure coherent and consistent application of policies across technology projectsWork in conjunction with the Procurement unit to ensure adherence to governance and procurement guidelinesAssist the Technology Lawyers with additional legal matters as needed, supporting broader organizational initiativesYOUR PROFILE
Possess a university degree in lawMinimum of approximately two years of experience as a commercial lawyerHave knowledge of and experience with advising on and drafting commercial contracts related to ICT use and supply mattersDemonstrated leadership abilities and experience in project managementCapable of working effectively within diverse, multi-functional, and multicultural teamsFluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
