We are seeking a Legal Counsel for a global pharmaceutical company in Switzerland. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the company with legal advice, closely collaborating with affiliates throughout Europe, and both drafting and reviewing contracts. Proficiency in both German and English, along with strong organizational skills, is essential for this role.

Key tasks/responsibilities:
Provide legal counsel and draft, as well as review, various types of agreements including Master Service Agreements, Clinical Trial Agreements, Health Care Professional Agreements, and Standard AgreementsOversee the drafting of contracts with third parties, handling all associated processes, such as offering legal reviews and ensuring successful contract executionAdminister contract templates, ensuring the proper maintenance and filing of confidential documents and legal recordsLiaise with multiple departments, fostering close collaborations with company affiliates across EuropeBuild and nurture productive working relationships with international teams through effective collaboration

 Experience & Qualifications:
Lawyer with at least 5 years of experience; proven experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and/or an international law firm is essential for this roleFluent in German and English, both written and verbal; proficiency in any additional language is a plusHighly organized and efficient, with a proven ability to drive projects and deliver results within set timelinesExcellent drafting skills, communication skills, and attention to detailPlease note that we can only accept applications from candidates with an EU valid work permit and who are based in Switzerland.
