THE ROLE

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel with experience in providing legal support to TechOps for a multinational pharmaceutical company in Zurich, Switzerland. This role involves delivering strategic legal advice and guidance on initiatives within the company's Tech Operations. The successful candidate will oversee and manage regulatory risks, lead contract strategy execution, and ensure comprehensive legal support across the company's global operations. Proficiency in English is essential for this position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide strategic advice and guidance on major tactical initiatives while actively participating as a member of the Tech Ops Leadership team.Advise on a broad range of legal issues related to the activities of a global pharmaceutical business.Lead attorneys and other team members supporting the company's Tech Operations to ensure comprehensive legal support.Advise on regulatory risks regarding market authorization or licensing matters of products, in consultation with the General CounselManage the legal aspects of contract strategy and execution for all Tech Ops functions, ensuring excellent customer service.Review, draft, and negotiate a range of high-value agreements, including manufacturing and capex agreements.

 YOUR PROFILE
Lawyer with at least 5 years of experience; proven experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and/or an international law firm is essential for this rolePrior experience as a legal counsel within TechOps especially conduct manufacturing, outsourcing and technology as well as materials transfer experience is highly sought after Fluent in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in any additional language is a plusHighly organized and efficient, with a proven ability to drive projects and deliver results within set timelinesExcellent drafting skills, communication skills, and attention to detailHOW TO APPLY
