Mission:

Piloter des projets IT complexes (améliorer la résilience des systèmes IT et des réseaux informatiques et industriels, gérer les actifs informatiques et industriels, opérationnaliser la stratégie Cloud, piloter le déploiement de Windows 11 sur 1500 postes de travail, mettre en place un cadre ITIL à l'échelle, participer à la mise en conformité du SI avec les normes minimales TIC).

Veiller à l'intégration des bonnes pratiques de sécurité IT dans l'ensemble des projets.

Assurer la qualité, le suivi, la documentation et le reporting des projets à la direction.

Activités principales:
  • Encadrement opérationnel et coordination d'équipes pluridisciplinaires.
    • Planification, organisation, suivi et livraison de projets IT.
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'Agilité dans un contexte d'infrastructure.
  • Collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes (métiers, digital) et fournisseurs externes.
  • Suivi des budgets, des charges, des délais et des risques. 
Compétences: 
  • Expérience en gestion de projets IT transversaux mêlant développement, infrastructure et sécurité.
  • Excellente connaissance des environnements cloud (Azure), réseaux, systèmes, cybersécurité.
  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion agile : JIRA, Confluence, Git, outils de supervision.
    • Excellente compréhension des architectures CI/CD, DevOps, et durcissement des systèmes.
  • Excellente maîtrise du cadre Agile, ITIL
  • Bonnes connaissances des principes du Lean Management appliqués à l'IT : amélioration continue, réduction des gaspillages, pilotage par la valeur. Comportementales :
  • Leadership naturel, posture de facilitateur et sens de la collaboration.
  • Esprit d'analyse, rigueur et sens du service public ou institutionnel
  •  
  • Diplôme supérieur en informatique.
  • Minimum 6 à 8 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire
  • Expérience dans un environnement multi-équipe (dévs, infra, sécu).
  • Expérience prouvée en gestion de projets en méthodologie agile.
