Project Manager IT – Réseaux & Sécurité | Poste stratégique | Évolution vers Program Manager

Nous recrutons, pour l'un de nos clients de longue date, un
Project Manager IT
dans le cadre d'un
poste fixe (CDI)
.

Ce rôle clé s'inscrit au cœur d'une
refonte complète du réseau et de la sécurité
de l'entreprise — un environnement stimulant, complexe et à fort impact, ouvrant la voie vers une future fonction de
Program Manager
.


Vos missions


• Piloter plusieurs projets IT d'envergure liés à la
modernisation du réseau et du socle de sécurité
, avec des impacts directs sur les systèmes et applications métiers.


• Coordonner les différents acteurs internes et externes : prestataires, fournisseurs, experts métiers et
applications owners
.


• Garantir le respect des délais, de la qualité et des budgets tout en maintenant une
communication claire, structurée et apaisée
entre les parties prenantes.


• Contribuer activement à la structuration du
PMO
et à la mise en place de bonnes pratiques projet.


• Accompagner la
direction IT
dans la planification et la gouvernance des projets stratégiques actuels et futurs.


Votre profil


• Expérience préalable comme
Ingénieur Réseaux et Sécurité
, suivie d'une évolution vers la
gestion ou la coordination de projets IT
.


• Expérience confirmée dans des environnements
complexes, multi-intervenants et multi-projets
.


• Excellentes compétences en
coordination, communication et diplomatie
.


• Leadership naturel :
calme, ferme et résilient
, capable de s'imposer face à plusieurs décideurs tout en conservant une approche constructive.


• Bonnes connaissances techniques en
réseaux et sécurité IT
(Cisco, Fortinet – software & hardware).


• Certification
Hermes, PMI ou Prince2
: un
atout majeur
.


• Résidence en
Suisse
ou en
zone frontalière
, idéalement avec une bonne connaissance du tissu IT local.
