Technical Project Manager – RF Systems

MinWave is developing a new generation of advanced antenna systems and communication terminals. We are looking for a proactive Technical Project Manager with a background in electrical or electronic engineering to oversee multiple development projects, coordinate with customers and partners, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality systems.

This is a multidisciplinary role that bridges engineering, customer management, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and monitor progress across several development projects.
  • Coordinate activities between engineering teams, customers, and industrial partners.
  • Organize and lead technical and project meetings, prepare reports, and track milestones.
  • Oversee deliverables, including prototypes, documentation, and customer shipments.
  • Support supply chain activities, including component sourcing and production follow-up.
  • Contribute to project budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within a technical or R&D environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of hardware development processes (PCB design, testing, or system integration).
  • Experience working with external partners, suppliers, and customers.
  • Fluent in English (French or German is a plus).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in RF, telecommunications, Microwave or antenna systems.
  • Familiarity with supply chain coordination and prototype production.
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
