MinWave is developing a new generation of high-performance antennas with complex RF front-end architectures. We are looking for a talented RF / PCB Design Engineer with strong experience in high-frequency electronics to lead the implementation of antenna systems on PCB.

You will work closely with our antenna design and system engineering teams to translate RF concepts into manufacturable, high-quality PCB prototypes and products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement RF and microwave circuits on multilayer PCBs.
  • Collaborate with antenna and system engineers to integrate RF front-ends, power, and control electronics.
  • Perform impedance matching, layout optimization, and grounding/shielding for high-frequency performance.
  • Support prototype fabrication and testing, ensuring design-for-manufacturing compliance.
  • Work with PCB vendors and fabrication partners to ensure high-quality builds.
  • Contribute to documentation, BOM generation, and design reviews.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Strong background in RF and microwave circuit design (up to several GHz).
  • Hands-on experience with PCB design tools (Altium Designer, KiCad, or Cadence Allegro).
  • Good understanding of transmission lines, S-parameters, and RF measurements.
  • Experience with RF simulation tools (Keysight ADS, HFSS, CST, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with antenna integration and high-frequency packaging.
  • Familiarity with mixed-signal design or control electronics.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and DFM/DFR best practices.
