Vous êtes un(e) manager technique passionné(e) par l'infrastructure, la fiabilité des systèmes et l'excellence opérationnelle ? Vous souhaitez piloter une équipe d'experts et prendre en charge des environnements datacenter de grande envergure ?

Nous recherchons un(e) IT Systems Manager pour diriger, structurer et faire évoluer un pôle stratégique assurant la disponibilité, la sécurité et l'innovation au sein d'une infrastructure critique multisites.

Vos missions

  • Encadrer, développer et motiver une équipe d'une dizaine d'ingénieurs systèmes.
  • Garantir la performance, la résilience et la sécurité des infrastructures (virtualisation, stockage, automatisation, supervision).
  • Piloter des projets d'infrastructure majeurs en lien avec les équipes internes et partenaires externes.
  • Assurer la disponibilité d'environnements datacenter complexes : haute disponibilité, redondance, continuité de service.
  • Industrialiser et automatiser les opérations (Puppet, Ansible, Terraform).
  • Contribuer activement à l'innovation et à l'évolution technologique du service.

Votre profil

  • Expérience avérée en management d'équipe technique (impératif).
  • 5 à 7 ans d'expérience minimum en ingénierie systèmes / infrastructures.
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'un ou plusieurs environnements :
  • Linux (Puppet, RedHat, Satellite)
  • Microsoft (AD, Exchange, PKI, Azure, PowerShell…)
  • Compétences confirmées en virtualisation, stockage, sécurité, supervision, automatisation.
  • Très bonne compréhension des architectures Datacenter, haute disponibilité et continuité de service.
  • Leadership naturel, rigueur, sens du service, communication efficace.
  • Français courant avec bon niveau d'anglais technique.
