Key Account Manager Infrastructure orienté PME

Votre rôle :

  • Management de la relation commerciale, de l'identification du besoin à la signature des contrats sur l'ensemble de notre offre de services.
  • Votre rôle sera de capitaliser sur l'offre de service infrastructure historique d'API en construisant un portefeuille de nouveaux clients avec des environnements exigeant et leur assurant un suivi de haute valeur ajoutée.
  • Gestion de la production de vos offres et contrats en étroite relation avec notre équipe d'avant-vente et nos experts techniques.
  • Veille de votre marché et suivi de la satisfaction de vos clients.
  • Management de la relation de certains partenaires clés avec qui vous développez une vraie relation à long terme : diagnostic pertinent des besoins, construction et suivi d´une offre adaptée, élaboration d'un business plan commun

Vous :

  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience avérée pour des grands comptes dans le domaine infrastructure IT, soit en tant qu'Ingénieur d'Affaires, soit dans le domaine avant-vente.
  • Vous avez de très bonnes connaissances des technologies informatiques pour des PME (serveurs, stockage, réseau, sécurité, Microsoft Azure / O365, postes de travail…)
  • Vous connaissez le marché IT en Suisse Romande.
  • Formation supérieure en commerce ou en informatique, un master serait un plus.
