Creative Resources Manager / Creative Traffic Manager
expérimenté·e, dédié·e à l'organisation, la planification et l'orchestration de plus de
30 talents créatifs
(Art Directors, Copywriters, Creative Strategists).

Objectif du poste:

Garantir une allocation fluide, anticipée et optimale des ressources créatives, en étroite collaboration avec les Executive Creative Directors, le Head of Creative Operations, les équipes Account Management et l'ensemble des pôles de création.

Vos responsabilités1. Traffic & Resource Management

  • Gérer les demandes internes, analyser la charge restante vs devis.
  • Prioriser, arbitrer et communiquer les plans aux équipes.
  • Mettre à jour les plannings et assurer la fluidité entre comptes et création.

2. Anticipation & Coordination

  • Travailler main dans la main avec les Account Managers pour anticiper les pics de charge.
  • Construire des plans de charge par BU et proposer des solutions en amont.

3. Optimisation des process

  • Structurer et améliorer les workflows créatifs.
  • Identifier les points de friction, simplifier, harmoniser.

4. Gestion du pool de freelances

  • Développer le réseau externe.
  • Négocier, contractualiser, suivre la facturation.

5. Connaissance fine des équipes

  • Comprendre les forces, limites, expertises, soft skills.
  • Être le point de contact incontournable, dans une posture d'écoute active.

Profil recherché

Minimum
5 ans en agence
(communication / publicité) dans un rôle de
Traffic Manager / Creative Resource Manager
.

Minimum
10 ans d'expérience professionnelle
au total.

Excellente compréhension du fonctionnement interne d'une agence.

Capacité avérée à simplifier le complexe et structurer les flux.

Sens aigu des priorités, rigueur, diplomatie.

Maîtrise professionnelle de l'anglais + français natif ou bilingue.

Connaissance de l'environnement Apple
