About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned
Core Banking Platform Manager
to lead and optimize operations on the
Temenos T24 / Transact platform
. This strategic role combines technical leadership with business alignment, ensuring the resilience, scalability, and innovation of core banking systems supporting private banking services.

You will manage a team of specialists, drive system enhancements, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet regulatory standards and client expectations. This is an opportunity to shape the digital transformation journey of a leading financial institution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & Develop
    : Manage and mentor a team of Temenos T24/Transact experts, fostering technical excellence and collaboration.
  • Platform Ownership
    : Guarantee high availability, performance, and security of the Temenos core banking platform.
  • Business Alignment
    : Translate private banking requirements into effective system configurations and enhancements.
  • Project Delivery
    : Oversee upgrades, release management, and integrations with third-party applications.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    : Partner with front office, compliance, and operations teams to deliver business-aligned solutions.
  • Incident & SLA Management
    : Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
  • Vendor Management
    : Liaise with Temenos and technology partners to implement best practices and resolve complex issues.
  • Innovation
    : Contribute to digital transformation initiatives, including API strategy, automation, and cloud readiness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience
    : Minimum
    5+ years in Temenos T24/Transact environments
    , with at least
    2 years in a leadership role
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    private banking operations
    (client lifecycle, portfolio management, lending, compliance).
  • Proven track record in
    core banking IT delivery
    : upgrades, release management, and system integrations.
  • Excellent
    stakeholder management
    and ability to bridge technical and business priorities.
  • Familiarity with
    Agile and Waterfall
    methodologies.
  • Fluency in
    English
    (French is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of
    Swiss and international banking regulations
    .
  • Degree in
    Computer Science, Information Systems, or Finance
    .
  • Certifications in
    ITIL, Agile/Scrum, or PMP
    .
  • Additional languages (German, French, Spanish) are an advantage.
